At Farm Flavours, we take pride in delivering fresh, authentic, and safely packed food products straight from our farms to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and related terms to ensure a transparent and reliable shopping experience.


1. Service Coverage

We currently deliver orders across India through reputed logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.
At present, international shipping is not available.


2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders received after 2:00 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• In case of unexpected delays (such as courier disruptions, festivals, or force majeure events), customers will be notified via email or SMS.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities 2–4 business days
Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities 4–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 7–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier serviceability and local conditions.


4. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
• A flat delivery fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
• Any active promotional offers or discount codes will be displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number and link.
You may use this link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details.
Farm Flavours shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.


7. Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items

We ensure all products are securely packed before dispatch. However, in case of leakage, damage, or missing items:
1. Please record clear photos/videos of the package within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Send an email to care.farmflavours@gmail.com with your Order ID, description of the issue, and evidence.

After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.


8. Delay in Delivery

In case of unexpected courier or operational delays:
• Customers will be notified promptly via email/SMS, and
• Farm Flavours will ensure appropriate action in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.


9. Legal Compliance

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
