1. General Policy Statement Due to the consumable, perishable nature, and strict quality control of our dry fruit products, Farm Flavours maintains a highly restrictive policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
We only accept requests for return, refund, or exchange if the product delivered is verified as damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including (but not limited to) change of mind, taste preference, or minor packaging damage that does not affect the product quality.
2. Mandatory Notification Requirement If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must adhere to the following strict timeline:
Notification Window: You must notify Farm Flavours Customer Support within three (3) days of the date of delivery.
Method of Contact: Notification must be made via our Customer Support Number or designated email address.
Consequence: Requests received after the 3-day notification period will be automatically rejected and cannot be processed.
3. Returns Policy 3.1. Eligibility for Return: A product is eligible for return only if it is reported within the 14-day window and verified by Farm Flavours to be damaged or defective. 3.2. Verification Process: All return claims are subject to mandatory verification and approval by Farm Flavours. We reserve the right to request: * Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect. * The return of the physical product for a full quality inspection at our cost. 3.3. Packaging: The customer must ensure the product is packed securely if requested for physical return inspection.
4. Exchange Policy 4.1. Exchange Option: An exchange will be offered only for approved returns (verified damaged or defective product) and is subject to the availability of the same product in stock. 4.2. Exchange Processing: If the claim is approved and the product is available the product will be delivered within 5-7 days
5. Refunds Policy 5.1. Refund Initiation: A refund will be initiated only under the following conditions: * The product is successfully returned and verified as damaged or defective. Once approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 days
